Rachel Regenold, JD, RYT, LMT, opened Iowa Seeker Wellness in 2017. Rachel is a licensed attorney, Air Force veteran, and cancer survivor. Her unique background inspired her to delve into yoga and massage for self-care and ultimately led her to take a break from the practice of law in 2015 to teach yoga and attend massage school. Rachel is passionate about assisting others to ease chronic stress and fatigue through greater awareness, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation.
After two years, Rachel missed the law and found a way to reincorporate it in 2018 by opening Regenold Law Office, PLLC. She now bridges the health & wellness and legal professions by educating attorneys about wellness and advising health & wellness business owners about the law. Rachel also teaches a weekly yoga class at the VA Hospital for veterans in treatment for PTSD or substance abuse.
