Aromatherapy incorporates essential oils from plants (flowers, leaves, bark) into your massage at no additional charge. Our sense of smell is directly connected to the limbic system, the part of our brain connected to emotion and memory. Aromatherapy supports relaxation and reduced pain and inflammation.
Immune Support Massage
Also known as Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Immune Support Massage mimics the slow, gentle rhythm of the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system helps filter waste from our bodies and is a critical part of the immune system. This relaxing style of massage helps boost the immune system and aids in injury recovery.
Thai Massage is the perfect marriage of massage and yoga, along with a little energy work. You are dressed in comfortable clothing that allows you to be moved through stretches by your massage therapist on the table or on a cushioned mat on the floor. Thai Massage incorporates compression and stretching to relax tight muscles.
“In a word, my Thai Massage with Rachel was rejuvenating. It left me feeling as if I had reconnected to a younger self. I felt energized, relaxed and limber. I will do it again…in a heartbeat!” – M.F.
Therapeutic Massage combines relaxation techniques with deeper work to address problem areas in your body. Long, gliding strokes soothe the nervous system and restore calm. Deep-tissue and myofascial techniques help release adhesions in the muscles.

Benefits of Massage Therapy
When massage becomes part of your self-care routine, you experience reduced pain and stress levels, as well as prevent injuries.
Massage can help alleviate anxiety and fatigue. It enhances immunity and sleep quality. Massage improves concentration and energy levels, while lowering blood pressure and stress hormones.
Muscles that are tight or weak from overuse or lack of use are more easily injured. They also put pressure on your joints, increasing inflammation. Massage allows your muscles to stretch and relax, reducing pressure on joints and preventing injury.
Massage can also address chronic pain. Sitting at a desk or behind the wheel or being on your feet all day can take a toll on your body. Massage helps relax tight, weak, and overused muscles.
“My right side was a mess. My hip hurt. I limped. My back ached. My knee hurt. My leg was swollen. I had to sit down after just a few minutes of being on my feet. My chiropractor had helped some, but the multiple symptoms never really went away. I was ready for a cortisone shot but decided to try a massage with Rachel first.
After one session I stopped limping and the pain went away – and stayed away! I went back after a month thinking I’d better make sure my body holds this healing. Now, a few months later, I still don’t limp; the pains in both hip and knee are gone; and my back withstands being active for longer periods of time. I never had to get that cortisone shot.
Rachel has had training in a variety of massage methods and listened to me to know which was most appropriate for my needs. She also is intuitive and applies that to her skilled hands. I will continue to go to Rachel for healing, for that is what I call what happened in our sessions.” – M.K.
