Our sense of smell is directly connected to the limbic system, the part of our brain connected to emotion and memory. Aromatherapy supports relaxation and reduced pain and inflammation.

Immune Support Massage

Also known as Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Immune Support Massage mimics the slow, gentle rhythm of the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system helps filter waste from our bodies and is a critical part of the immune system. This relaxing style of massage helps boost the immune system and aids in injury recovery.

Thai Massage

Thai Massage is the perfect marriage of massage and yoga, along with a little energy work. You are dressed in comfortable clothing that allows you to be moved through stretches by your massage therapist on the table or on a cushioned mat on the floor. Thai Massage incorporates compression and stretching to relax tight muscles.

My chiropractor had helped some, but the multiple symptoms never really went away. I was ready for a cortisone shot but decided to try a massage with Rachel first.

After one session I stopped limping and the pain went away – and stayed away! I went back after a month thinking I’d better make sure my body holds this healing. Now, a few months later, I still don’t limp; the pains in both hip and knee are gone; and my back withstands being active for longer periods of time. I never had to get that cortisone shot.
